Handmade Tie Frint Quilt Vest-50s Rainbow Harlequin

This vest is made from a vintage harlequin diamond pattern quilt When it was found, it had several holes and stains, so why not use the good parts for a vest:) There is batting between the two layers, but I would say this a medium weight quilt. Judging by the fabric, style, and that it is all hand stitched, I would say this is from the 1940s-1950s.

Color Scheme: Ivory with multicolored harlequin accents

Approx Age: This quilt was probably made in the 1940s-1950s, handmade recently

Fabric: no tags, but it's definitely all cotton

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, the elastic is new and super stretchy, there's a couple of light spots, no holes noted

Bust: up to 42 inches around

Total Length: 19 inches from top to bottom
