Handmade High Waist Quilt Palazzo Pants-Ultra Rare 1920s Flour Sack 8 Point Star

These pants are made from an antique/vintage 8 Point Star Quilt. I have added an antique feedback trim to the end to give more of a full leg.  I would say this a light weight quilt. Judging by the fabric, style, and that it is all hand-stitched, I would say this is from the 1920s-1930s. This pant is made from a vintage palazzo pant pattern and features a wide leg, high waist, and elastic waist band to fit a variety of sizes. It also has inseam pockets for maximum comfort and utility :)

Color Scheme: yellow and white with multicolored and multi patterned star accents

Approx Age: This quilt was made in the 1920s-1930s, handmade recently

Fabric: no tags, but I would say this is all flour and feed sack cotton

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, the elastic is new and super stretchy, no holes  or stains noted, this has been hand-washes

Waist: stretches from 24 inches to 46 inches around

Rise: 15 inches from base of crotch to top of pants

Inseam: 25 inches from base of crotch to end of pants

Hips: up to 56 inches around

Thigh: 36 inches around

Total Length: 37.5 inches from top to bottom

Pant Width: 20.5  inches across from side to side measured at the hem
