Fabric: no tags, but its definitely linen
Condition: Very Good wearable condition, the elastic is new and super stretchy, no holes noted, please note, while this has been washed, there is a small area with 2 spots on the back
Waist: stretches from 26 inches to 32 inches around
Hips: up to 46 inches around
Total Length: 31 inches from top to bottom
