Handmade High Waist Quilt Palazzo Pants-Rare 1950s Grandmother's Flower Garden
Handmade High Waist Quilt Palazzo Pants-Rare 1950s Grandmother's Flower Garden
These pants are made from a vintage Grandmother's Flower Garden quilt. When it was found, it had lots of holes and seam separations, so why not use the good parts for pants:) There is a light batting between the two layers, but I would say this a light weight quilt. Judging by the fabric, style, and that it is all hand stitched, I would say this is from the 1950s. This pant is made from a vintage palazzo pant pattern and features a wide leg, high waist, inseam pockets, and elastic waist band to fit a variety of sizes
