Handmade Super High Waist Quilt Palazzo Pants- 50s Checkered 

This top was handmade from a vintage quilt. When it was found, there was an entire around that was stained and ripped, so why not pants :) The fabric is hand sewn, so I would say its from the 1950s-1960s. The inside lining is vintage linen and the "batting" in the middle is linen as well, so I would say this is a light to medium weight quilt.  It features an elastic waistband and super wide legs to fit a variety of sizes

Approx Age: Fabric is probably 1950s-1960s, handmade recently

Color Scheme: Green, Pink, with multicolored accents

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, no holes noted, the elastic is new and super stretchy, please note there is some light discoloration that adds to the loveliness of the pieces

Fabric: no tags, but it all feels like cotton on the outer, linen inside lining

Waist: stretches 30 inches to 39 inches around

Rise: 16.5 inches from base of crotch to top of pants

Inseam: 26 inches from base of crotch to end of pants

Hips: 52 inches around

Thigh: 32 inches around

Length: 39 inches from top to bottom

Pant Width: 19 inches across from side to side, measured at the hem
