Handmade Super High Waist Quilt Palazzo Pants- 80s Floral Southwest

These pants are made from a vintage quilt in a patchwork southwest floral pattern When it was found, it was covered in tears, so why not use the good parts for pants:) There is a light layer of batting between the layers, so I would say this is a light to medium weight quilt. Judging by the fabric, I would say this is from the 1980s-1990s, but it is all hand stitched like older quilts. This pant is made from a vintage palazzo pant pattern and features a super wide leg and elastic waist band to fit a variety of sizes

Color Scheme: White, Pinks, Sage, Blues

Approx Age: This quilt was probably made in the 1980s-1990s, handmade recently

Fabric: no tags, but I would say its all cotton, the cotton is VERY soft

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, no holes or stains noted, the elastic is new and super stretchy

Waist: stretches 27 inches to 38 inches around

Rise: 15.25  inches from base of crotch to top of pants

Inseam: 26 inches from base of crotch to end of pants

Hips: up to 52 inches around

Thigh: 29 inches around

Total Length:  40 inches from top to bottom

Pant Width: 18 inches across from side to side measured at the hem
