Rare 1920s Beaded Flapper Shoulder Shrug

I believe this to be worn with the larger kind of bib piece to be worn in the front and the tassels hanging Dows the back

Color Scheme: Black, golds

Approx Age: 1920s

Fabric: no markings, but its a mixture of sequins and beads set onto a mesh type material

Brand Tag: no tags, possibly handmade

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, no holes noted, and all of the beading and sequins I believe are intact, the only thing is I don't know how to properly wash this, I have it a little wipe down tho

Size Tag: no size tags found

I assume this is kind of a one size fits all as its more of an accessory, but total length is : 20 inches from top of shoulder to end of tassel
