Handmade High Waist Quilt Palazzo Pants- 90s Floral Checkered

These pants are made from a vintage floral checkered quilt. When it was found, it had several holes, so why not use the good parts for pants:) There is  batting between the two layers, but I would say this a light weight quilt. Judging by the fabric, style, and that it is all hand stitched, I would say this is from the 1980s-1990s. This pant is made from a vintage palazzo pant pattern and features a super wide leg, high waist, and elastic waist band to fit a variety of sizes

Color Scheme: Whites, Sages, Tans, Pink, Reds, Blues

Approx Age: Quilt is probably 1980s-1990s, handmade recently

Fabric: no tags, but I would say its all cotton

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, the elastic is new and super stretchy, no holes or stains noted 

Waist: stretches from 29 inches to 39 inches around

Rise: 15.5 inches from base of crotch to top of pants

Inseam: 24.5 inches from base of crotch to end of pants

Hips: up to 56 inches around

Thigh: 32 inches around

Total Length: 39 inches from top to bottom

Pant Width: 20 inches across from side to side measured at the hem
