These pants are made from a vintage quilt in handstitched chevron floral. When it was found, it was covered in tears and stains, so why not use the good parts for pants:) There is a light layer of batting between the layers, so I would say this is a light to medium weight quilt. Judging by the fabric and style,  I would say this is from the 1980s-1990s, it is hand-stitched like older quilts. It is made from a vintage palazzo pant pattern, and features a super high waist and wide leg

Approx Age: This quilt was probably made in the 1980s-1990s, handmade recently

Fabric: no tags, but I would say its all cotton

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, no holes or stains noted, the elastic is new and super stretchy

Waist: stretches 28 inches to 40 inches around

Rise:  15.25 inches from base of crotch to top of pants

Inseam: 25.5 inches from base of crotch to end of pants

Hips: up to 52 inches around

Thigh: 30 inches around

Total Length: 40 inches from top to bottom

Pant Width: 17 inches across from side to side measured at the hem
