Handmade High Waist Pantaloon Pants- 1950s Linen with 1890s Crochet Trim

These pants are made from a vintage round linen tablecloth that I have added antique hand done crochet trim to. I would say this is a very light weight and flowy fabric. This pant is made from a vintage palazzo pant pattern and features a wide leg, crochet trim, high waist, and elastic waist band to fit a variety of sizes. It also has inseam pockets for maximum comfort and utility :).

Color Scheme: Ivory and the crochet trim is Ecru

Approx Age: I would say the linen body is 1950s and the crochet trim that I have added from the 1870s-1890s, handmade recently

Fabric: no tags, but the body is definitely linen, the crochet trim I would say is a flax linen

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, the elastic is new and super stretchy, no holes noted, please note, while this has been hand-washed there is still some areas of light discolorations that add to the lovliness of the piece

Waist: stretches from 24 inches to 44 inches around

Rise:  16.5  inches from base of crotch to top of pants

Inseam:   23 inches from base of crotch to end of pants

Hips: up to 58 inches around

Thigh:  38 inches around

Total Length:  38 inches from top to bottom

Pant Width:   21 inches across from side to side measured at the hem
