Handmade High Waist Quilt Palazzo Pants-Ultra Rare 1910s Calico and Flour Sack Patchwork

These pants are made from an antique Calico and Flour Sack Patchwork Quilt.  I would say this a medium weight quilt. Judging by the fabric, style, and that it is all hand stitched, I would say this is from the 1910s-1920s. This pant is made from a vintage palazzo pant pattern and features a wide leg, high waist, and elastic waist band to fit a variety of sizes. It also has inseam pockets for maximum comfort and utility :)

Color Scheme: indigo, turkey red, black, white 

Approx Age: This quilt was probably made in the 1910s-1920s, handmade recently

Fabric: no tags, but I would say its all cotton, and most of it is Calico

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, the elastic is new and super stretchy, no holes noted (there are a few wear spots and some seam separations that shows even more calico and feed sack pieces underneath), please note while this has been hand- washed, there still may be a few areas of light discolorations that add to the loveliness of the pieces

Waist: stretches from 24 inches to 44 inches around

Rise: 16.5 inches from base of crotch to top of pants

Inseam: 23.5 inches from base of crotch to end of pants

Hips: up to 55 inches around

Thigh: 36 inches around

Total Length: 39 inches from top to bottom

Pant Width: 21.5 inches across from side to side measured at the hem
