I would say this is a light weight to medium (since its corduroy) quilt as I had to remove the lining and batting as it was HEAVY with all that material, so this is a top with no lining . Based on the fabric and style, I would say this is form the 1960s-1970s. This pant is made from a vintage palazzo pant pattern and features a wide leg, high waist, and elastic waist band to fit a variety of sizes.
