Handmade Super High Waist Quilt Palazzo Pants- 40s Checkered

This top was handmade from a vintage quilt. When it was found, there was an entire around that was stained and ripped, so why not pants :) The fabric is hand sewn, so I would say its from the 1940s-1950s. There is some light cotton batting between the layers, so I would say its a light to medium weight quilt. It features an elastic waistband and super wide legs to fit a variety of sizes

Approx Age: Fabric is probably 1940s-1950s, handmade recently

Color Scheme: White with mustard, orange, green, and brown accents

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, the elastic is new and super stretchy, please note the outer is repaired and in excellent condition, the inside lining is a gauzy cotton and had several wear areas and a couple of areas of very light discoloration (see photos)

Fabric: no tabs, but it all feels like cotton

Waist: stretches 26 inches to 36 inches around

Rise: 16.5 inches from base of crotch to top of pants

Inseam: 27 inches from base of crotch to end of pants

Hips: 50 inches around

Thigh: 31 inches around

Length: 40.5 inches from top to bottom

Pant Width: 19 inches across from side to side, measured at the hem
