Handmade Super High Waist Quilt Palazzo Pants-Rare 1940s Grandmother's Flower Garden
Handmade Super High Waist Quilt Palazzo Pants-Rare 1940s Grandmother's Flower Garden
These pants are made from a vintage grandmother's flower garden quilt When it was found, it was is cutter condition, someone previously cut pieces out of it, so why not use the good parts for pants:) There is a light cotton batting between the two layers, so I would say this a light to medium weight quilt. Judging by the fabric, style, and that it is all hand stitched, I would say this is from the 1930s-1940s. This pant is made from a vintage palazzo pant pattern and features a super wide leg and elastic waistband to fit a variety of sizes
