Rare 1910s Wool, Silk, and Cotton Checkered Quilt

Approx Age: I would say this is early 1900s to 1920s there is a colorful feed sack piece on the end. I’m not sure if it was there too hide damage but I would say that repair is from the 1930s to the 1940s.

Color Scheme: Beautiful color assortment of moody textures

Condition: I would say this is a very good usable condition, unfortunately it’s a little too thick for me to turn into pants, there are a couple holes noted that I have shown in the photos and some light staining as well, as far as smells, I would say if you were going to use this in your bed to definitely wash it, it has a little bit of that old smell, if that makes sense
