Handmade High Waist Quilt Palazzo Pants-1980s Sunshine Pinwheel

These pants are made from a vintage Pinwheel quilt with little sunshines. When it was found, it had lots of holes, so why not use the good parts for pants:) There is a batting between the two layers, but I would say this a light weight quilt. Judging by the fabric style, and that it is all hand-stitched, I would say this is from the 1980. This pant is made from a vintage palazzo pant pattern and features a wide leg, high waist, inseam pockets and elastic waist band to fit a variety of sizes

Color Scheme: White, brown, greens, purples

Approx Age: This quilt was probably made in the 1980s, handmade recently

Fabric: no tags, but I would say its all cotton

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, the elastic is new and super stretchy, no holes noted or stains noted

Waist: stretches from 24 inches to 33 inches around

Rise:  14.5 inches from base of crotch to top of pants

Inseam: 28 inches from base of crotch to end of pants

Hips: up to 44 inches around

Thigh: 27 inches around

Total Length: 41  inches from top to bottom

Pant Width: 16 inches across from side to side measured at the hem
