These pants are made from an antique Flour Sack Floral Wreath quilt. I have patchworked scrap pieces from this quilt to give it a fuller leg I would say this a light weight quilt. Judging by the fabric, style, and that it is all hand stitched, I would say this is from the 1910s-1920s. This pant is made from a vintage palazzo pant pattern and features a wide leg, high waist, and elastic waist band to fit a variety of sizes. It also has inseam pockets for maximum comfort and utility :).

Color Scheme: White, turkey red, greens

Approx Age: This quilt was probably made in the 1910s-1920s, handmade recently

Fabric: no tags, but I would say its all cotton, and I believe all of it to be made of natural dyed and undyed flour sack material

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, the elastic is new and super stretchy, no holes noted, please note, while has been hand- washed, there still may be some areas of discoloration that add to the loveliness of the piece

Waist: stretches from 24 inches to 44 inches around

Rise: 16.25 inches from base of crotch to top of pants

Inseam:  23.5 inches from base of crotch to end of pants

Hips: up to 54 inches around

Thigh: 36 inches around

Total Length: 38 inches from top to bottom

Pant Width: 20.5 inches across from side to side measured at the hem
