Fabric: no tags, but I would say the body- woven wool, the knit collar and cuff-knit wool, lining-cotton, and wood buttons
Condition: Very good condition, no holes noted, it has all the buttons, please note it has a few spots that blend in with with coloring near the left side collar

Bust: 38 inches around, measured under the armpits
