These pants are made from a vintage cotton tablecloth with hand done floral bunting and bow embroidery.  I would say this fabric is very light weight. Judging by the fabric, style, and that it is all hand done, I would say this is from the 1940s-1950s. This pant is made from a vintage palazzo pant pattern and features a wide leg, high waist, and elastic waist band to fit a variety of sizes. It has inseam pockets for maximum comfort and utility :).

Fabric: no tags, but I would its cotton

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, the elastic is new and super stretchy, no holes  or stains noted,  this has been hand-washed

Waist: stretches from 23 inches to 44 inches around

Rise: 15.5  inches from base of crotch to top of pants

Inseam: 25.5  inches from base of crotch to end of pants

Hips: up to 54 inches around

Thigh: 35 inches around

Total Length: 40 inches from top to bottom

Pant Width:  21 inches across from side to side measured at the hem
