Handmade High Waist Pantaloon Pants- Rare 1940s Floral Quaker Lace

These pants are made from a vintage cotton floral Quaker Lace tablecloth. I would say this a light weight fabric. Judging by the fabric and style , I would say this is from the 1940s-1950s. This pant is made from a vintage palazzo pant pattern and features a wide leg,  high waist, and elastic waist band to fit a variety of sizes. No  inseam pockets as the lace doesn’t hold them well :)

Color Scheme: ecru, undyed cotton

Approx Age: This fabric was probably made in the 1940s-1950s, handmade recently

Fabric: no tags,  I would say this is all cotton

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, the elastic is new and super stretchy, no holes noted, please note, while this has been hand washed, there still might be some light areas of discoloration that add to the loveliness of the piece 

Waist: stretches from 23 inches to 50 inches around

Rise: 17 inches from base of crotch to top of pants

Inseam:  18 inches from base of crotch to end of pants

Hips: up to 60 inches around

Thigh: 39 inches around

Total Length: 33.5  inches from top to bottom

Pant Width:  23 inches across from side to side measured at the hem
