These pants are made from a vintage Log Cabin quilt.  There is a batting between the two layers, but I would say this a light to medium weight quilt. Judging by the fabric and style I would say this is from the 1970s-1980s. This pant is made from a vintage palazzo pant pattern and features a wide leg, high waist, and elastic waist band to fit a variety of sizes. It also has inseam pockets for maximum comfort and utility :).

Approx Age: This quilt was probably made in the 1970s-1980s, handmade recently

Fabric: no tags, but I would say its mostly cotton, there may be some cotton blend pieces

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, the elastic is new and super stretchy, no holes  noted (there are a few areas that I have repaired) no holes, this has been hand-washed

Waist: stretches from 24 inches to 48 inches around

Rise:   15.25 inches from base of crotch to top of pants

Inseam:  27 inches from base of crotch to end of pants

Hips: up to 58 inches around

Thigh: 38 inches around

Total Length:38.5  inches from top to bottom

Pant Width:  21.5 inches across from side to side measured at the hem
