Fabric: no tags, but the body is definitely a sheer silk, there was some white areas on a couple of small places on the beads that I have cleaned up, so I would say these are glass beads

Maker: no makers tags found, I believe this is all handmade and hand beaded

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, no holes or stains noted I would say 99% of the beading is all still intact, the neck tie and sleeve ties work great, I'm not sure if this was original or note, but left side slit goes up a litlte bit higher than the right side, so the slit seams may have come a bit loose

Size Tag: no size tags

Bust:  43 inches around, measured under the armpits

Sleeve:  22.5 inches around

Waist:  42 inches around

Hips:  44 inches around

Total Length:   49 inches from top to bottom
