Handmade High Waist Quilt Shorts- 50s Colorful Pinwheel

These pants are made from a vintage quilt. When it was found, one side has full or holes and stains, so I used the good parts left to make shorts <3 It has some batting in between the layers, so I would say this is a light weight quilt. This piece is all hand stitched and judging by the style and fabric, I would say this is from the 1950s-1960s. It is made from a 70s shorts pattern

Approx Age: This quilt was probably made in the 1960s-1960s, handmade recently

Fabric: no tags, but I would say its cotton (very soft cotton)

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, no holes or stains,  the elastic is new and super stretchy

Waist: stretches 26 inches to 34 inches around

Rise: 14.5 inches from base of crotch to top of pants

Inseam: 6 inches from base of crotch to end of pants

Hips: up to 42 inches around

Thigh: 28 inches around

Total Length:  18 inches from top to bottom
