Handmade High Waist Quilt Palazzo Pants- Rare 1960s Parasol Ladies

These pants are made from an Vintage Parasol Ladies Quilt. There is a batting between the two layers, but I would say this a light weight quilt. Judging by the fabric and style, I would say this is from the 1960s-1970s. This pant is made from a vintage palazzo pant pattern and features a wide leg, high waist, and elastic waist band to fit a variety of sizes. It also has inseam pockets for maximum comfort and utility :).

Color Scheme: White and pink with multi-colored and multi-patterned hand stitched parasol ladies appliques

Approx Age: This quilt was probably made in the 1960s-1970s, handmade recently

Fabric: no tags, but I would say its all cotton or a cotton blend

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, the elastic is new and super stretchy, no holes noted, no stains noted, this has been hand washed

Waist: stretches from 26 inches to 42  inches around

Rise:   15.25 inches from base of crotch to top of pants

Inseam:  26 inches from base of crotch to end of pants

Hips: up to 54 inches around

Thigh: 32 inches around

Total Length: 40.25 inches from top to bottom

Pant Width: 19.5 inches across from side to side measured at the hem
