Handmade Super High Waist Quilt Palazzo Pants- 80s Drenden Plate with Teardrop Hem

These pants are made from a vintage quilt. When it was found, there as a large hole in the center, so why no use the good parts to make pants :) It has some batting in between the layers, so I would say this is a light to medium weight quilt. This piece is all hand stitched and judging by the style and fabric, I would say this is from the 1980s-1990ss. It is made from a vintage palazzo pant pattern and features a super wide leg and elastic waistband to fit a variety of sizes. 

Color Scheme: White, sage, pink, blue, tan

Approx Age: This quilt was probably made in the 1980s-1990s, handmade recently

Fabric: no tags, but I would say its all cotton (it feels like a soft flour sack fabric)

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, no holes or stains noted, the elastic is new and super stretchy

Waist: stretches 26 inches to 38 inches around

Rise: 14.5 inches from base of crotch to top of pants

Inseam: 26.5 inches from base of crotch to end of pants

Hips: up to 54 inches around

Thigh: 30 inches around

Total Length: 39.5 inches from top to bottom

Pant Width: 19 inches across from side to side, measured at the hem
