Volume 1:
A lovingly hand-written and illustrated zine in the classic perzine style containing personal stories, thoughts about mental illness, poems and comics about depression and healing, and some helpful resources. Shea's words are always kind, sometimes funny, and are very good at reminding you that you are not alone and this feeling is not forever. As she says on the last page, "You are tougher than you think. Don't stop fighting! Good luck out there."
Volume 2:
This volume is focused on helping others and helping to prevent suicide attempts as well as tackling heavy issues such as abuse.
Volume 3:
This relatable zine of mixed comics and writing has a number of good self-care strategies for helping you keep a positive outlook despite the world's attempts to keep you down.
Volume 4:
A collection of short essays and comics focused around trauma. It's the fourth in the Mettanoia zine series that focuses on mental health.
Volume 5:
In this issue of Mettanoia, the author writes and draws comics about finding balance again after a break-up and the mental ups and downs.
Volume 6:
In the sixth issue of Mettanoia, Shea Pederson goes into how the season changes affect mental health and reflect on lessons learned since starting this zine. Handwritten stories, illustrations, and comics combine to make a really engaging and relatable personal zine.
Volume 7:
In this issue, Shea Pederson continues to work through mental health issues as they relate to jobs and schoolwork. Comics, hand-written text, and evocative illustrations make you feel like a trusted friend is sharing their journal to help you through your time of need.

Author Shea Pederson reflects on the immediate and distant past and how it affects mental health in Mettanoia's eighth volume. Drawings, hand-written text, and comics combine to transport you into Shea's world of honesty and healing.
