Fabric: no tags, but I would say its all very soft cotton, I believe the crochet accents and embroidery are cotton as well
Condition: Great wearable condition, no holes noted, it has all the buttons, please note, it appears the frilly part of the sleeves have been cut, there are some what appears to be rust spots on the back (see photos)
