These pants are made from a vintage optical illusion quilt When it was found, it had several holes, so why not use the good parts for pants:) There a batting between the two layers, but I would say this a light weight quilt. Judging by the fabric and style, I would say this is from the 1970s-1980s. This pant is made from a vintage palazzo pant pattern and features a super wide leg, high waist, and elastic waist band to fit a variety of sizes

Color Scheme: Red and White

Approx Age: Quilt is probably 1970s-1980s, handmade recently

Fabric: no tags, but I would say cotton or a cotton blend

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, the elastic is new and super stretchy, no holes or stains noted, please note there was one hole on the back that I have repaired

Waist: stretches from 24 inches to 32 inches around

Rise: 13.5 inches from base of crotch to top of pants

Inseam: 27 inches from base of crotch to end of pants

Hips: up to 50 inches around

Thigh: 30 inches around

Total Length: 40 inches from top to bottom

Pant Width: 18 inches across from side to side measured at the hem
