Handmade 1930s Sunshine Quilt Bandeau Top

This top are made from an vintage quilt topper. When it was found, it was covered in stains and tears, so why not use the good parts for a top:) I was able to make pants and shorts from this quilt, and wanted a matching top, so I patchworked the scraps and some pieces of cotton fabric to make this top. Judging by the fabric and that is is hand embroidered, I would say this is from the 1930s-1940s

Color Scheme: Pink, Ivory, with multicolored patchwork accents

Approx Age: This fabric was probably made in the 1930s-1940s, handmade recently

Fabric: no tags, but I would say its all cotton

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, no holes or stains noted, the elastic is new and super stretchy, please note some light discolorations that add to the lovliness of the piece

Bust: stretches 26 inches to 36 inches around, measured under the armpits

Total Length: 7 inches from top to bottom, does not include the strap length
