Handmade High Waist Lined Quilt Topper Palazzo Pants- Ultra Rare 1920s Flour Sack Fan

These pants are made from a vintage Flour Sack Fan quilt topper that I have lined with 100% Cotton Fabric. There is no batting between the two layers, so I would say this a very light weight quilt. Judging by the fabric, hand stitching, and style, I would say this is from the 1920s-1930s. This pant is made from a vintage palazzo pant pattern and features a wide leg, high waist, and elastic waist band to fit a variety of sizes. It also has inseam pockets for maximum comfort and utility :).

Color Scheme: White and mint with multicolored and multi patterned flour sack accents

Approx Age: This quilt was probably made in the 1920s-1930s, handmade recently

Fabric: no tags, but I would say its all cotton, I believe all the pieces are flour sacks

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, the elastic is new and super stretchy, no holes  or stains noted, this has been hand- washed

Waist: stretches from 24 inches to 42 inches around

Rise: 15.25 inches from base of crotch to top of pants

Inseam: 20.5 inches from base of crotch to end of pants

Hips: up to 54 inches around

Thigh: 34 inches around

Total Length: 35 inches from top to bottom

Pant Width:  19.25 inches across from side to side measured at the hem
