Handmade High Waist Quilt Palazzo Pants- Ultra Rare 1920s Flour Sack and Calico Double Wedding Ring

These pants are made from a vintage/antique double wedding ring quilt. There is light cotton batting between the two layers, but I would say this a light to medium weight quilt. Judging by the fabric, hand stitching and embroidery, and style, I would say this is from the  1920s-1930s. This pant is made from a vintage palazzo pant pattern and features a wide leg, high waist, and elastic waist band to fit a variety of sizes. It also has inseam pockets for maximum comfort and utility :).

Color Scheme: yellow, blue, and white with multicolored and multi-patterned hand stitched accents

Approx Age: This quilt was probably made in the 1920s-1930s, handmade recently

Fabric: no tags, but I would say its all mostly cotton flour sacks with some cotton calico pieces here and there

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, the elastic is new and super stretchy, no holes  noted, please note, while this has been hand-washed, there is some light discolorations that add to the lovliness of the piece

Waist: stretches from 24 inches to 42 inches around

Rise:  15.75 inches from base of crotch to top of pants

Inseam:  20.5 inches from base of crotch to end of pants

Hips: up to 54 inches around

Thigh:  36 inches around

Total Length: 34 inches from top to bottom

Pant Width:  21 inches across from side to side measured at the hem
