Handmade High Waist Quilt Topper Lined Ruffled Pantaloon Pants- Ultra Rare 1910s Flour Sack and Calico Sawtooth Double Irish Chain

These pants are made from an antique Flour Sack and Calico Double Irish Chain Quilt Topper that I have lined in 100% Cotton. As this is lined quilt topper I would say this is a light weight quilt. This pant is made from a vintage palazzo pant pattern and features a wide leg, full ruffle trim, high waist, and elastic waist band to fit a variety of sizes. It also has inseam pockets for maximum comfort and utility :)

Color Scheme: Undyed Cotton, Turkey Red, Black, Charcoal

Approx Age: This fabric was probably from the 1890s-1910s, handmade recently

Fabric: no tags, but its definitely cotton and I would say its mostly flour sacks

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, the elastic is new and super stretchy, no holes (I have repaired several areas with a zig-zag stitch), please note, while this has been hand-washed there is still some areas of light discolorations that add to the lovliness of the piece

Waist: stretches from 24 inches to 42 inches around

Rise:   16.75 inches from base of crotch to top of pants

Inseam: 18 inches from base of crotch to end of pants

Hips: up to 54 inches around

Thigh: 35 inches around

Total Length:  32.5 inches from top to bottom

Pant Width:   22 inches across from side to side measured at the hem
