Handmade High Waist Quilt Topper Lined Ruffled Pantaloon Pants- Ultra Rare 1920s Calico and Flour Sack 4 Block

These pants are made from an antique/vintage Flour Sack and Calico 4 Block Quilt topper that I have lined in 100% Cotton. As this is a lined quilt topper, I would say this is a light weight quilt. This pant is made from a vintage palazzo pant pattern and features a wide leg, full ruffle trim, high waist, and elastic waist band to fit a variety of sizes. It also has inseam pockets for maximum comfort and utility :)

Color Scheme: Mint with multicolored and multi-patterned hand stitched accents

Approx Age: This quilt was probably from the 1920s-1930s, handmade recently

Fabric: no tags, but its definitely all cotton, I believe most of these pieces are flour sack with some calico and gingham as well, the ruffle trim I made of a patchwork of vintage flour sack and muslin

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, the elastic is new and super stretchy, no holes or stains noted. This has been hand-washed.

Waist: stretches from  24 inches to 42 inches around

Rise:  15.25  inches from base of crotch to top of pants

Inseam:  22.5 inches from base of crotch to end of pants

Hips: up to 50 inches around

Thigh:  32 inches around

Total Length:  36.5  inches from top to bottom

Pant Width: 24  inches across from side to side measured at the hem
