Handmade High Waist Quilt Topper Lined Ruffled Pantaloon Pants- Ultra Rare 1930s Flour Sack 9 Block

These pants are made from a vintage  Flour Sack 9 Block Quilt topper that I have lined in 100% Cotton. As this is lined quilt topper I would say this is a light weight quilt. This pant is made from a vintage palazzo pant pattern and features a wide leg, full ruffle trim, high waist, and elastic waist band to fit a variety of sizes. It also has inseam pockets for maximum comfort and utility :).

Color Scheme: Multi-colored and multi-patterned flour sack fabric

Approx Age: This quilt topper is probably 1930s-1940s, handmade recently

Fabric: no tags, but its definitely cotton and I would say its all flour sacks

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, the elastic is new and super stretchy, no holes or stains noted, this has been hand-washed

Waist: stretches from 24 inches to 44 inches around

Rise: 13.75  inches from base of crotch to top of pants

Inseam: 21 inches from base of crotch to end of pants

Hips: up to 54 inches around

Thigh: 36 inches around

Total Length:  34 inches from top to bottom

Pant Width:  24 inches across from side to side measured at the hem
