Handmade High Waist Ruffled Pantaloon Pants- Ultra Rare 1940s Black Embroidered Silk

These pants are made from vintage embroidered silk fabric.  I would say this is a light  weight fabric. This pant is made from a vintage palazzo pant pattern and features a wide leg, ruffle trim, high waist, and elastic waist band to fit a variety of sizes. It also has inseam pockets for maximum comfort and utility :).

Color Scheme: Black

Approx Age: This fabric was probably from the 1940s (possibly older as machine embroidery has been around since the early 1800s), handmade recently

Fabric: no tags, but its definitely silk, it is covered in beautiful embroidery, the pockets are black and white vintage bandanas

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, the elastic is new and super stretchy, no holes or stains noted, this has been hand-washed

Waist: stretches from 22 inches to 38 inches around

Rise:  14  inches from base of crotch to top of pants

Inseam:  18.5 inches from base of crotch to end of pants

Hips: up to 48 inches around

Thigh: 32 inches around

Total Length:  31.5 inches from top to bottom

Pant Width:  19 inches across from side to side measured at the hem
