Handmade High Waist Shorts- Rare 1930s Hand Done Linen Embroidery and Lace

These pants are made from a vintage checkered hand embroidered linen and lace tablecloth. I would say this is probably 1930s-1940s . This a light weight fabric. This pant is made from a vintage palazzo pant pattern and features a wide leg, high waist, and elastic waist band to fit a variety of sizes. No inseam pockets in this short as the lace doesn't hold the pockets well

Approx Age: I would say this tablecloth is probably 1930s-1940s, handmade recently

Fabric: no tags, but I would say this is linen on the embroidered areas and cotton lace

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, the elastic is new and super stretchy, no holes or stains noted, this has been hand-washed.

Waist: stretches from 22 inches to 46 inches around

Rise:   16 inches from base of crotch to top of pants

Inseam: 6.25 inches from base of crotch to end of pants

Hips: up to 50 inches around

Thigh: 34 inches around

Total Length: 20 inches from top to bottom
