Handmade High Waist Shorts-Rare 1940s Cutwork Embroidery with Scalloped Trim

These pants are made from a vintage cotton hand-done cut work embroidery tablecloth with scalled trim, as the embroidery appears to have been hand-done, I would say this is 1940s-1950s. I would say this is a very light weight and flowy fabric. This pant is made from a shortened vintage palazzo pant pattern and features a wide leg, high waist, and elastic waist band to fit a variety of sizes. It also has inseam pockets fro maximum comfort and utility :)

Color Scheme: White with light blue cutwork embroidery

Approx Age: I would say this fabric is from the 1940s-1950s, handmade recently

Fabric: no tags, but I would say its cotton

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, the elastic is new and super stretchy, no holes or stains noted, this has been hand-washed

Waist: stretches from 22 inches to 42 inches around

Rise:   14.5  inches from base of crotch to top of pants

Inseam: 9 inches from base of crotch to end of pants

Hips: up to 54 inches around

Thigh:  36 inches around

Total Length: 22 inches from top to bottom
