Handmade Quilt Skirt-1970s Grandmother's Flower Garden

This skirt is made from an Vintage Grandmother's Flower Garden Applique quilt. There is no batting between the two layers,just the topper and a cotton lining,  I would say this a light weight quilt. Judging by the fabric and style, I would say this is from the 1970s-1980s. This skirt is cut in an a-line pattern, it has elastic waist band to fit a variety of sizes. It also has inseam pockets for maximum comfort and utility :)

Color Scheme: tan , pink, and yellow with multicolored and multipatterned hexagon accents

Approx Age: This quilt was probably made in the 1970s-1980s, handmade recently

Fabric: no tags, but I would say its all cotton and maybe some cotton blend pieces

Condition: Very Good wearable condition, the elastic is new and super stretchy, no holes noted, no stains noted, this has been hand-washed

Waist: stretches from 26 inches to 42 inches around

Hips: up to 54 inches around

Total Length: 36 inches from top to bottom.
